Red orc skin visible for all?

So I'm playing on this pretbc server and there's this shaman walking around with the red orc skin(from tbc as I know of it?) and I was wondering of this is possible. Since model editing is only visible for yourself it must be something else? Any tips?

Yes, i've checked. And he's not a GM.

Buff or GM command would be my guess.

Just because he is not a GM does not mean that a GM did not change his model.

And if a GM does it, will it stay like that forever?

Well since it's a pre-tbc server, shouldn't that skin not even exsist? And with that, it's probably a 3.3.3a server with pre-tbc stats. anyways, a GM probably changed his display or somthing, not too much to worry about.

Is his own armor visible when he is changed into a red orc? or does it looks like the normal red orc armor.
