Cata/WotLK splice?

Is it possible to take the wargen, goblins, and racial class distributions from cataclysm and somehow splice it into WotLK? Would it be a super tedious exercise in data entry?

I remember someone did this for blood elf for normal wow, but it replaced one of the other raced so i am guess same would have to happen here
