    EU and US client connects to the same realmlist the realmlist and patchlist is as follows

    set realmlist public-beta.logon.battle.net
    set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com
    set realmlistbn ""
    set portal public-beta

    The patchlist MIGHT differ as US, im not sure. However, both EU and US servers are on the same realmlist. Atleast when i log in to my Alpha there is 2 EU servers and 2 US servers listed, and works cross BG/Dungeon.
