    Quick Navicat Question

Hey guys, my friend just sent me a pack of about 10 items in SQL, and I was wondering if there is a quicker way to put them all into Navicat at the same time than having to hit "new query", then "load" then select the right one?

    Thanks in advance,
    shadowknight513

open them in notepad, put them all in one file, make sure each ends with ";", save as ".sql" and run

(or you can just paste them into the query editor, doesnt have to be run from a file)

Yeah that seems like the best I can think of. I just wish you could like load them into the editor together then run them. By loading I mean dragging and dropping the SQL files into the query editor.

You can merge the files via cmd, search for it on google.

I couldn't find anything that is going to help me. Do you think this can be done using a batch file to merge the contents of all text documents in a selected folder into one text document?

i'm not sure how good of a method this is, but one thing that has worked for me is simply draging the SQL file onto the world DB in Navicat

EDIT: but using queries is much better, because you can save queries so if your DB ****s up on you and it requires a lot of work to fix, you can simply get a new Db and rerun your queries

That's why I use queries, but I want to know if there is a quick way to add multiple SQL files at once.
