It might be because you installed it to the wrong location. Did you install it to your c:\ drive or your desktop?

That might be your problem, delete EVERYTHING that has to do with your repack, go re-download it, but this time, make sure you install it to your c:\ drive.

This is a common problem, browse this section of the forums, and maybe use the search bar to find people with the same problem, and check the posts in their threads to see if it was resolved. If not, contact the person who made your repack and see if he can help you.

There are many steps you need to follow in order to get your server public. Search around on the forums here, in the guides section, for something like "ArcEmu Guide Public No Hamachi" Unless you do wan't to do the easy thing and set up hamachi.

Open worldserver port TDP and UDP (8129)
Open logonserver port TDP and UDP (8093)
Open realmserver port TDP and UDP (3724)
Open SQL server port TDP and UDP (3306) <-- Optional, only if you want others to be able to connect to the database

Then find out what your external IP is (google: "What is my IP?") open realm config and change it from 127.0.0.1:8129 to YourExternalIp:8129. Done and dusted, people can set the realmlist to: set realmlist YourExternalIp and connect to the server.

If you want to use a domain name, you simple register the domain and point it towards your external IP. In your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\Hosts.file - open with notepad) add:
    YourExternalIP DomainName
    YourInternalIP DomainName

Your internal IP can be found by going into command prompt (start, run, cmd, ipconfig).
Change realm config from YourExternalIP:8129 to YourDomainName:8129.

And that's it, I dunno why I just typed that out when there's guides but it really is that simple.

I guess that's the simple way of putting it.
