64 bits cause it can also run 32 bits apps and 64 bit apps can take more ram on them (so for a VPS it's very handy.)

Will I have any issue installing Wamp/TrinityCore/Mysql/Visual Studio & all of the other things required to run a server?

You shouldn't have any issues regarding those because as said before, you can run 32 bit apps and 64 bit apps. Also 64 bit is pretty much twice as fast as 32 bit.
