quest error (STACK_OVERFLOW)

hiya, each time i try to talk to a quest giver on my private server i get this error.

This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
Exception: 0xC00000FD (STACK_OVERFLOW) at 001B:0040BAC7

and not just me, my friend gets this error 2

if someone knows how to fix this, please tell me

Might help if you post what build you're using.
Or the link you got it from.
(Mangos, Trinity, etc.)
Telling me that you have a quest error tells me nothing.

More then likely it's an old core revision, try updating your core, it should fix your problem.
