IFDB Update?

Alright, so im using rev 18 of IFDB for my 2 realms on my server. And i have a lot of custom stuff added (2 Malls, 2 VIP Lounge, Custom Instance). I want to update to a newer version of the db because there are a lot of fixes. But I cant do that unless I wipe my entire database. I was thinking about going through all the files, getting rid of the Drop tables. and making it so they just replace stuff if its already there, that way it wouldnt delete all my custom stuff. But that would take a LONG time to do. Is there any other way?

open every SQL file in notepad, remove the drop table and create table part, change every "insert into" to "replace into" using CTRL+H (replace function)

You should be able to get the "changesets" and execute them into your database. this will add updates and let you keep your database w/ custom content, etc.
