Custom mount errors and makine new npcs!

Hey I have a few questions. Lets start off with my custom mount problem, first off I cant change the item look it the bag, I thought changing the display id in the item_template would change it but it doesn't. Second is when I "mount" the spell it just turns me into the mob as in this picture: Another thing is where do I go to edit the speed / looks of the spell in the right corner.

My next problem is, when I go to wow-v I can insert anything into my mysql. Its always unsuccessful. Im running the Trinitycore, so I thought I would be able to use mangos but it wont work out. Anyways if someone could help with atleast the mount problem ill be very happy and +rep if I can!
