    Weapon Skills Don't Increase AFTER DATABSE EDIT!

    I have followed a couple guides on here and a couple guides on ArcEmu and for some reason, I can compile completely fine, its just when I try to level up my skills, they will not go up past 450! I have tried EVERYTHING! Please Help!

    Note: I am willing to change cores/private server platforms to fix this problem!
    2nd Note: I am making a 255 funserver with leveling road on the newest ArcEmu Core (3.3.3)

    Thats becuse they cant go over 450
