Create/edit Spells

Hello everybody,
I'm just started my wow arcemu server, in local for the moment. And I'm triing to do boss scripts, but for the spells I've searched many times but I couldn't find with Heidi SQL were the spells are descripted : (how much dammage they make, in how many times....)

On this forum I've just find a Lua tuto for fix a demonist pb with ShadowBolt : http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...ell-guide.html

But it's not what I'm searching for.

I've also find this one for spell fixes, by changing "Spellfixes.cpp" :

But for do that you must recompile your db later, and you can't fix yourself if you're using repacks.

After, I've thought of the DBC, but I couldn't find any DBC editor: all download link are dead.

So here are my questions:
-How to create\edit spells (skills also) ?

Dbcutil is a dbc editor, I've already do a search:

page1: the "official" site of dbcutil and if you go there, you will see that it is not heberged yet.
page 2 same thing
page 3 mmowned forum: someone is requesting an available download link because the one he found don't work if you double clik on it and the other persons responds that he must drag the DBC file to extract.
But no download link
page4 (I'm french so perhaps it's not the same thing for you) It's a french page of the forum "wow mj" a tuto which explain how to add a cemetery by editing DBC file, and the only download link is .... a link to the 1st google page( it's normal it's the official site), which is not available.
Must I do that for each page ?

So please don't think I've just come and post a question whithout any research, I've search all the afternoon for that, and I've found nothing =s.

No one know that O_o ?
An other question also : how to make unselectable NPC, and invisible?
(no model, only spell visual effects and damages, if you want an exemple like in the pipes which goes toward gluth in naramas ( there are green effects that do dammages when you're crossing it))
I've found this code : Unit:SetUInt32Value(58, 26)
Is that the good thing ?

Ok thanks, Khira can you just (if you know) explain me which colon coresponds with which thing please ? (id=A, name=EM...).
