Script Dev2 No Folder?

So have the tutorials i found are talking about ScriptDev2 and opening it and editing scripts..But in my repack and most that i download there is no ScriptDev2 Folder..

I was attempting to make a Teleporter NPC and they told me to open ScriptDev2 And open ScriptMgr.cpp

how do i even get a ScriptDev2 Folder? XD
