[Request] Server-side/staff-side application

Hey
I was wondering if there existed such a program, that would make it possible for the developers of a server (in this case, Arcemu) to have a limited access to the server. Actually only have each, their own folders in the *path*/Arcemu/scripts/ accessible to the one developer. Cause I'm (and I don't think I'm the only one) getting very tired of the fact, that each time Ive made a script, I have to send it to the admin of the server, in order to get it on the server.
Could be set up somehow like a DB access. Just with folders, instead of DB
