[ArcEmu] Unfinished Quests Display as Completed

I have a 3.0.8 wow private server running on my xp computer and so far it works fine. I would like to know if there was something that I can do about the quest log. About 98% of the quests that I've accepted display as "completed" in the quest log even though I just accepted them. Furthermore as I complete different segments of the quest (kill 5/10 creatures), there are times it does not display how many I've killed or the full list of objectives. (for example: the quest will ask to me to obtain 4 prowler claws and 4 stalker claws, but only the prowler claws will be tracked on the quest log).

I'm just wondering if there is any sort of update or pack for 3.0.8 that "fixes" the quest log so it displays the quests properly.

You would have to personally go into the database and fix every quest, there wont be a SQL line to fix everything, so it would be a very long process im afraid.
