[Port Forwarding] Airport Extreme Help!

So im working on making my server public without hamachi, and I just need to forward the ports. I ran into a bit of a pickle lol. I go on my mac and go into Airport Utility, find the port mapping section. but when i go to add a port it comes up with a box containing this

What are the exact ports I need to forward and How do I forward the ports when there are so many fields like that?

8093
8129
3724

and your going to do it in this way :

I am not a Mac user but this is what makes sense for me I might be wrong thought but it's worth a try
