Why does my server alliance and horde have in no aggression treaty <not can beat you with one another> if I could fix it

Sorry... im going to presume your not a english speaker, and your trying your best, but i can get that your asking about PvP but i cant grasp what it is.

You can't get your PvP flags to turn on if I understand correctly, to do this you must make sure your server is flagged as "PVP" in the world/realms configs.
