[Website]: Server Offline?

On my sign-up page it says my server is offline even though it's up and running. This is preventing me from hosting my site on WoWStatus because it says it needs to be "Online". Any ideas?

Do you have your ports open,

Are you using your WAN IP in the configuration file(s)?

I dont have a router and yes my external IP is in there

What signup page are you using?
What core?
How are you checking if its online?

We need more information, someone i helped with a script changed it to query your Server address on the World port, to see if it was running, if it was, then it'd show online, if not, offline.
