[ArcEmu] Help Making custom teleport books for start items

I am running Arcemu Ascent from the ****** ultimate repack 3.3.2 and i can't figure out how to make a custom book that lets you click on letters to telleport you. now i have seen this on other servers and i am requesting if anyone can guide me into making these. i have looked everywhere but still can't find anything.

Theres many guides on Item.Luas, this is a scripting language associated with ArcEmu.
