[Help] Disconnect on create char

so i finaly got my server to work and up to 3.3.2 , now i create a character then i get disconnected from server help please ! + rep whofixs problem.

Apply the SQL updates, it even states that when you download the core from the SVN, under the readme. Its not hard to read...
