[Mangos] ruRU - enEN, language locolization?

What should I change to make following:

Players with enEN client would have everything (non custom) on english, but players with ruRU client would have everything on russian? I need to locate two dbcs or what?

Doesn't matter which client language use, the client translate the information to Russian. Your Database can be only English. The rest like Spanish and German and Russian those the client itself will translate it.
