New Character Starting Points?

Is there a way, using Mangos, to edit where a new character (meaning level 1) starts out in the world?

Edit the playercreateinfo table in the database (You have to make a lot of edits)

You can edit scripts and what not....but i do not know about editing start up points....just be careful about editing the scripts of the game....everything u edit has an effect further down the line in the game, and can make some things mess up
