Error with the Area Table Editor

Hi,

I've found the ATE and for use it i've installed .NET framework 4.0 beta 2 but i've this error when i it on the button Search and Save

screen :

Quite possible the program is out of date, or that the needed .dll files with the program are missing.

Could you source where you got it from?
