Rule of thumb is, you should only have your hostname once in the hosts file, and it should more often than not redirect to 127.0.0.1.

Your mistake is an honest one, caused by guides which just copy each others' mistakes..

Please do not double post, it simply seem after all that either: Your IP has changed.
Your DynDNS hasn't updated.
Your ports wont forward correctly.
