Pvp script

Hey

Im looking for some help with my server.

I need a script that dose so when someone win Arena thay get a Token and the other team that dosent win loses one of there Tokens

and need one for Bg's that dose the same thing if lets say horde win all the horde members get there Bg mark and a token and in the other team every one loses one token

would be awesome if this whas doable in lua
