Request for assistance(Paying money for help)

I would first like to start off saying I HOPE this is in the correct forum....i see it says "No questions" im not sure if this falls under that...cant really see where else to put this, if this is in the wrong place i sincerely apologize....anyway here goes.

Im looking to start a pre TBC wow private server.....I have zero experience with setting up private servers...but im not a computer idiot...so i wont be hard to work with/teach lol.

What im looking for in the server is as follows.

Mall with starting gear(Level 50 or so gear..so you can run UBRS and such)
Scripted bosses and all working raids(Including 60 Naxx..if possible)
Working classic Honor system with titles..and of course working bgs.
And a registration page to make accounts(will pay to host of course..just show me how lol)

I have a vent server (hope this is not against the forum rules to post this here) and i would love to talk to anyone interested in helping me and making some money . If you do not wish to join vent just reply here.
