playercreateinfo_items help

When a person creates a character on my server, a teleport orb is automaticly in their inventory. item (90002). i have gone into the database and tried to stop this from happening because i want it to be a VIP item or something of that nature. I am unable to edit the playercreate_item and to clarify what is happening i have posted a video showing what happens.

Press OK, and then set it to have a Primary Key... I think that should fix it, someone had a SQL that would fix it.

Basicly i have no idea how to use the index manager. I have never had to use it before and dont want to mess up my database with my ignorant random clicks lol

Hmm... i wouldn't think of the way to do it from that, try and wait for Algrothim (Spelling) fix. He had a way to do it that i didn't note down.

Why are you changing all of that?
And if you want something to be a VIP item, playercreateinfo won't work; this is for all players. You would need to have a custom player rank, and then either a C++ or a Lua script for onLogon that would detect if they were the VIP Rank, and if so, add the 'Teleport Orb' to their inventory.

actually im just trying to have it not in player inventory when they create a toon. what i do with it after is irellevant

should be in that table, if not maybe try to do it by manual query, anyways ill talk to you on MSN if you need me

ALTER IGNORE TABLE playcreateinfo_items ADD PRIMARY KEY(put the name of index here);

I assume your just trying to remove that line with the item in so players don't start with it.

Just get a DB editing program such as NaviCAT or HeidiSQL and open up World > playercreate_Info and remove the line with the ItemID of that item.
