Wow Private server application erros

ive tried making plenty of server but for some reason everytime i try to load server world or logon server I always get a Incorrect applications plz try to reinstall but i dont know what to do any help would be much appreciated ty.

Get libeay32 and libmysql .dll and put them in your ArcEmu folder.
