[Mangos] Programing Island/area

Hey guys,
i have a little problem with the programing island...
if i want to teleport there with .proc or .prog (don't know the realy command at the moment...) then often my client gets an failure or sometimes the mangos server crashes on my debian linux root....
i'm using mangos Revision: 8734 ( 0.15.0 ) at the moment....
can someone say me how to fix that problem? my client version is 3.2.2a
is that only a problem with that version of client and core? or is that problem with all cores and clients too? (like the 3.3.0 client and other mangos cores...)

This was removed many patches ago. So to do it you need a custom patch in your WoW directory, then im guessing you will need to get the files for your server agian.

Kiev is correct, Developers and Designers island were removed a long time ago.

To add them again.

Download this file:

Unrar it and place the patch-3.MPQ into your World of Warcraft\Data folder.

.recall port Programmerisland

To get to Designers isle hit:
.worldport 451 16303.5 -16173.5 40.4365

at first Thank you for the patch.mpq file laniax
but will that work with all upcoming patches? like 3.0.0 3.2.2a or 3.3.0 and the others in the future? that will be very great because i want to test there some npc's or some chest and that stuff its better for testing that things before i place them into the players world ^^

This patch will work for life. Aslong as you know how to apply it.

There are many places you can test them out. But this would be a good idea.

i think the programmers island or designer island would be the best place for testing things and you have enough place for many many things

but thx for the fast answer i didn't think about that i get that fast answers to my questions
