How to test this script and how to improve/edit it

Ive just started with Lua and I would like some pointers with my script and how to test it.

IS it possible to put a raid wide touch of death, as a hard enrage timer?
Please dont flame too hard if I have done a pure fail script, this is my first time. Help will be greatly receved

You could always use alternative spells such as hand of death casted by archimonde
Hand of Death - Spell - World of Warcraft instant death to all
