Custom items don't have stats ( +stam +strength etc. etc. )

I tried using FDE but it came up with ****ed up items. Really messed up. And then i tried using WoW-V and that worked better but no stats.

I tried making the columns in the items db fit the ones that WoW-V provides. And then all the items disappeared.

So... whats going on ? How can I fix this. I'm running on the latest ArcEmu ( 3022 )

First of all, the columns in the DB are that way for a reason. The core is integrated with the database and supplies the table structure so that everything will work. If you **** up that table structure without modifying everything in the core, you break it.

Now, if you want to make an item, make it by going through the columns and typing in the variables. Its really not that hard.

And one more thing, using programs like FDE and WoW-V are teaching you nothing, and only making you work harder.

Putting the variables is 10 times slower. It takes forever. Editors like FDE and WoW-V are much MUCH faster.
It's different when we are creating game objects or something though.

You shouldn't have edited your items columns, Use the latest FDE with the latest version of the database structure and you will be fine.

Well of course i backed up my items db and reverted the process when i edited the columns.

And still the custom items are bugged but the blizz-like items aren't.

Divert over to the Programs thread, and try to look at my "FDE" Updated thread, as far as i know, its up to date and working fine for items.

Kiev.. I'm using your FDE and it is worse than WoW-V.

For example when i create a weapon it says it does 0-5 holy damage. When clearly i did 10-20 normal damage.

Tried 3 times. And no stats neither.

Im not sure how my post wasn't helpful. I'm telling you not to do stupid shit without realizing the consequences first. And I'm not sure how using a broken DB editor would be faster than doing it manually?

If you didn't get anything informative out of my post its your fault for not looking.

I have to agree with Sounddead on this, don't rely on programs/websites actually try it yourself and learn. It is 10x faster not slower once you get used to it.
