    [REQUEST]In-Game Script

    Hi guys. You probably don't know me but anyway, I'm enegue, been a leecher for so long, never posted alot on MMOwned but... I'm here to make a request. I hope you guys can help me out (:

    The Request
    Is it possible for someone to help me script a script so that it allows staff members with the rank "a" to automatically speak in an orange text? As for those with rank "az", could someone help me script a script that allows them to automatically speak in a cyan text?

    It's basically supposed to work like this; When a GM/Admin types something in chat/party/channel/whisper, the text is supposed to appear as orange or cyan depending on the rank.

    i dont know 1 but u can always tell the admins and gms to use 1 of these commands when they log on

    Well that's true. However, if you use that, the GMs can't use the commands without changing back the color to white.

    The scripts I'm talking about allows a GM/Admin to use commands and talk with the color still being used.

    It's quite an easy core mod; When you're parsing text:
    1. If the permissions are not 0 or "" or NULL:
    1.1. Try to parse for a command;
    2. Call the OnChat hook;
    3. If the permissions contain 'a':
    3.1. Add color to the text
    [4. etc]

    From what I heard, you have to use a ChatColor thing. I'm not sure what it's about though.
