how can i make a 3.2 server

How do I make a 3.2 server not from scratch. I've been looking around since last night and i cant seem to find a tutorial for it. Any help would be appreciated.

Quite simple if you don't want to go from scratch.
You'll have to download a 'repack' which is a pre-made server ready-to-go. I would suggest BaW Repack V1.exe but any is fine. (This repack is 3.2.2a supportive)
after downloading run the MySQL.bat then the logonserver.exe and finally the world.exe
Change your realmlist to 127.0.0.1
Open WoW and login with user-admin password-admin

My SQL.exe cant start and i checked and i dont have another one over it says "Bind on TCP/IP port: Invalid Argument" what hapened

The port it uses (3306) is blocked. Probably by some anti-virus, firewall or something you have.

Two of your Lua scripts (scripts folder) basically do not work, but thats not to worry about thats not causing the crash.
The crash happens when after the server starts up, it trys to load the loot tables. I have no idea why it is crashing, it could be because of an incorrect syntex or anything really. Try looking on the ArcEmu forums to see if anyone has a similar problem: ArcEmu

Look at the comments of the repack, if it works for everyone but you, then it's something you done wrong. If it doesn't work for anyone else either then.
