How do i make my registration site create GM accounts

Hello! Where and how do i make my registration site create GM accounts instead of normal accounts?

Soz nvm :P, Cant read 50% of what he writes in there , its in a language i dont know ^^. Please provide me with another English coded regpage and ill try to make it. (PM or MSN me)

Yes, the site is working, as you can se here: Furry,s GM Server (4 players online)
I havent changed anything in the database yet, just been looking around a little.
And i would really appreciate if you could get a working registration site that makes GM accounts.
