    Hi Infernus,

In my opinion there is no "Best" OS for Arcemu.

All linux Distro's have their pro's and con's, I myself run Arcemu with double realms with 3.1.3 & 3.2.0 support on Centos (RHEL5).

Debian or Ubuntu (Ubuntu = n00b linux in my opinion) are good because all the HowTo's are written for them, and for other (non apt) distro's a litle systems engineering skills are required to get the right package dependencies for Arcemu.

So it's your own decision to choose your favorite distro of linux, just keep in mind if you are real new to linux and just want to follow the easy copy/paste howto's it's best to use one of the distro's mentioned in the Howto.

    Greetings,

    Smiegt

I see more praise towards FreeBSD, especially in the source code, probably from the ascent devs.
