Need spell script !

I want to make a new quest and when a player completes the quest - the npc should cast a spell (summon tank or chopper)...In general the idea is to give the player this kind of reward AFTER completing the quest.
I saw there is a field in QUICE named "completeScript"...So i needed to create a new row in "quest_end_script" and a new summon spell in the spell.DBC.
I am having problems creating a new spell with all these fields (231). Can someone make the spell for me ? It should summon a salvaged chopper - ID 33062.

I haven't tried this one out, but you can give it a go.

INSERT INTO`quest_end_scripts` VALUES (id, delay, 10, 33062, despawntime, x, y, z, o);

This summons a chopper when quest is finished.
No custom spell needed.

ID:1000000 ,Delay 0,command 10 ,datalong 33062,datalong2 2000000,dataing 0, I tried with and without coords , doesn't work...Where is my error ?
