Voting panel help

Well im getting my voting panel to work, i get no errors at all, and their are items on the panel and such.. But when i buy the item, i do loose the voting points, but i get no item.. When i open my mailbox_insert_queue it says this:

mailbox_insert_queue does not have a primary key
Updates to this table will be done using the following pseudo statement:
Update mailbox_insert_queue SET ModifiedFieldsAndValues WHERE AllFieldsAndOldValues LIMIT 1

Could that be the problem that the items dont get sent?
