Need developer for ArcEmu server

Ok yall. got 2 realms,1 blizzlike with the addition of a mall and teleporter i've been thinking about deleting, and the other realm is a fun realm,lvl 80 cap with high stats on gear and soon high stats on blizlike mobs,as well as the mobs/bosses i have already put into the DB. I need a developer to handle the core stuff that i have no grasp of,and we also need someone to create a website,i've tried countless times and just cannot get it right. Atm we are run off of hamachi(sorry) but that will change once we start geting donations and can upgrade to true dedicated hosting A.S.A.P.
