    How do i make it so i can have enchants on custom made weapons??

    You can't I've tried it on multiple occasions, only way you can kind of do it is by editing preexisting items.

    to do this ur server would have to be Patch 2.4.1 or lower or u should have an edited wow folder maybe i can find a link to the files u will have to put in ur wow folder.although u can enchant ur custom items with theese:
