How to make a lockable gate or door ?

Im wondering how i make a lockable gate or door, so that i can have private rooms.

I wish to be able to distribute between guilds a key or keys to open it when needed.

I was gonna say could you not just use an already lockable door but then ofcorse that needed key is gonna be available for all players lol.
