    GM rank help!

    How can i create a limited custom GM rank/level for a GM server?

    With all commands but

    1) GM on/off
    2) Announcing
    3) Ban/kick/ipban/ect...
    4) Block whisper
    5) Kill
    6) GMticket
    7) paralyze on/off

    Any help would be nice!
