help with ArcEmu playeritems

hello,,i am using ArcEmu with WhyDB and when i log onto my character, for example i cannot use the hearthstone because it says "REQUIREMENTS: UNKNOWN" and the clothing the character starts out with says something like "warriors only" or "requirements: unknown",,,therefore i cannot use them....is there any way to fix this? please help. i have updated all character.sql updates,,,

It sounds like you either:
A) Got a ****ed core/repack
B) Got an outdated Database
