Ascent/Aspire 3.1.3 gm helper

we are running 3.1.3 (as above) and cant find a fully functional gm helper it wouldnt matter so much but one of th gms doesnt know all of the codes on everyone we try we either get no such command or some commands work and some dont we also cant search for anything apart from items when we search for game objects or spellls it will say
Starting Search of ITEM 'object (then whatever we are searching for)'
and we get no results hope you guys can help
