Who's TomRUS and what happened to him?

Hello people! I was thinking today, remembering back to when I used to run my own private server, and whenever i'd boot it up, it would always say something about tomrus. This made me wonder, who is he and why don't we ever see him on here?

MaNGOS, he's probably the best reverse engineer (at least for WoW) on the MaNGOS team. He doesn't lurk on these forums (very few to none "official" devs of ANY emulator actually visit MMOwned), but you can find him actively posting on mangos.ru and sometimes on getmangos.com

Usually, TomRUS is the one to get MaNGOS to the latest patch before anyone else because he has a very good knowledge of how to do so than anyone else in the team.
