Database Items

I was wondering if there is a program that can make an item SQL when you add the entry. For example, if I want to make the Valorous Terrorblade Breastplate using this, then I would simply add the entry number and the program would make an SQL.

I hope I explained this well enough, if this is a repost then please tell me so.

I guess you mean something alike WoW Vendetta - Wage Your War | WoW-V.com

Just click on create there and here you go. Then click download and choose your core and version (if ArcEmu) open downloaded file add it to your database and Voila! Item is ready.
