Account creation with apachi (ArcEmu)

With my arc emu, I portforwarded.. But how do i put online the site so people can create an account? :l

the apache isn't working.. The Install thing for apache that came with the repack, isn't working..

Installing Apache2.2 as an Service
Installing the Apache2.2 service
(OS 5)Access is denied.  : Failed to open the WinNT service manager
Now we Start Apache2.2 :)
The service name is invalid.

And the normal apache run thing (wich shouldnt work because its not installed) Shows apache cannot be started.
