Mangos platinum 1.12.1 commands?

Hello, I am new to this site and this is one of my first posts. I started my very on mangos platinum 1.12.1 private server but I am having problems with the commands, I cant wear PvP gear because I don't have the right rank, is there a command to change that? Also sometimes I want to get to places fast and there is no way to fly, witch is kinda annoying, anyone know how I can change this?

You mean 1.12.1 as the first patch ever released? And i'd suggest looking through the command lists wich probably would be triggered by typing .commands or something like that. And check for the info of the spells there.
