Could someone please make me quest based teleporter?

If someone is so kind and could help me then my requirements are :

Teleporter has to look like "The Lich King"
Teleporter name : "Teleporter"
Every teleport should require level 1 and no gold.

I want that teleporter to teleport to :

Alliance View!

1. Ironforge
2. Stormwind
3. Darnasuss
4. Dalaran
5. Exodar
6. Shattrath
7. Isle of Quel Danas
8. Booty Bay

Horde View!

1. Orgrimmar
2. Shattrath
3. Isle of Quel Danas
4. Booty Bay
5. Silvermoon
6. Undercity
7. Thunder Bluff
8. Dalaran
