[Question] Disabling BC talents in mangos/trinity core 2.4.3

Hi, I host a 2.4.3 Pre-bc server and players really want to use there talent patches, although when they apply the patch to there game it changes the look but they can not put points in, so my question is:

How do I get a 1.12.1 hackpatch to work for my server, or at the very least, how do I disable the BC talents

Thanks in advance to anyone that helps.
