"Login Server Down"

Hello everyone. Im having this issue with the login. Mysql, logon, world, DNS, wtf, forwarded ports, firewall, DMZ'd, config files appear to be running error free. Im using AC Web Repack. I unpacked it and was running great for a few hours. Had a friend login to make sure others were able to. After taking a break, when I tried to relog after displaying "Connecting" for about 10 secs, I get "Login Server Down". I have checked, checked, and rechecked everything and anything that I can think off and have been suggested to look and/or change. Ill post my config files below.
