What DB do I use!!

I compiled ArcEmu, and I keep reading people saying go with RivalDB... But on their forums it's says they are closing down... I went to a compiling guide and got the link for RivalDB this link was Rev. 247... But if you go on the site you get revision 46? What's up with that.

And also, the Rev. 247 has you push "A" to import the account, or the entire "logon" database... Where as every other database I've gotten from a SVN checkout doesn't have anything about the login part. Which is obviously needed to log in and hold characters.

Whatever database you recommend please explain to me two things.
How do I import the logon part of it, meaning accounts, characters, ipbans, etc.?
Is this still being updated?

And some side questions I'm very curious about, say a new revision of a database comes out, I SVN checkout, does that mean I have to re-install the database with the tool.bat thingy? If so do I lose all my custom stuff?

What if a new core revision comes out, and I recompile, with the same config files etc, do I have to re-install my database? Or does it just work?

And replies would be fantastic <3, I'd reallllly appreciate it...
